Is it an Emergency?

If at any point your symptoms worsen or you feel like you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Here are some examples of medical emergency symptoms:

  • Severe chest pain or pressure
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Injury with loss of consciousness
  • Unresponsive, confused, or very weak
  • Sudden change in speech, or abnormal behavior
  • New seizures
  • Sudden weakness, numbness or change in vision
  • Trouble breathing with allergic reaction
  • Fever with neck stiffness and/or purple or blood-colored rash
  • A headache severe
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Bleeding that won’t stop​
